1. Acceptance

By using PixelShare, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older
• Creators must own their social media accounts
• Brands must be legitimate registered businesses

3. Platform Rules

Users must provide accurate information, not engage in fraud, disclose paid partnerships as per ASCI guidelines, deliver agreed content on time, and respect intellectual property rights.

4. Payments & Escrow

PixelShare uses an escrow system. Brands deposit funds upfront, creators receive payment after content approval. Platform fee applies on successful transactions.

5. Disputes

Disputes resolved through internal mediation. Jurisdiction: Indian courts.

6. Account Termination

PixelShare may suspend or terminate accounts violating terms or engaging in fraud.

7. Liability

PixelShare facilitates connections but is not responsible for content quality or campaign outcomes.
